Finishing and embellishing the fabric bowls comes together as the bowl is being shaped. For this one, I loved the birds, bees, butterflies and dragonflies on the cream colored fabric. After cutting out a design, I stitched the fabric on to felt and then on to the bowl.  this oval shaped coiled mini fabric bowl. Using dark blue and yellow 100% cotton fabric strips, I wrapped the fabrics around a cotton rope core, then coiled by hand with a blanket-stitch to form a unique fabric bowl. It measures 4.5” long, 4.5” wide, and 3.5” deep.
